• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.

Return Process

2. Once approved, ship the item to our return address (shipping costs are non-refundable).

3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after request is made

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or style, we offer exchanges based on availability but shipping fees will be paid by the client
